Who we are, and how we keep the record

Daily Wellness Chronicle keeps a plain, dated record on two things: the viral recipes and kitchen "tricks" circulating online — including whatever celebrity or creator name gets attached to them — and the trending wellness products and household gadgets people are searching for. We are not the manufacturer or retailer of anything we cover, and we don't pretend otherwise.

How we fact-check a recipe

When a recipe or kitchen trick goes viral, we research the actual claim: what it's supposed to do, whether there's real evidence behind it, and whether any celebrity name attached to it is genuinely, verifiably connected — or just an internet rumor repeated until it sounded true. If we can't find a real source connecting a name to a trend, we say so plainly instead of repeating the claim. Every entry gets a stamped verdict: True, False, or Mixed — with our reasoning shown either way.

How we review a product

For every product we cover, we read the manufacturer's own published claims and label (when one exists), check what independent sources say about the product or the company behind it, and record what we find — gaps included. A fully-disclosed ingredient list gets noted as such. An undisclosed "proprietary blend" gets noted as such too, plainly.

Some of our coverage links to products and ingredients on Amazon.com through the Amazon Associates program, and we earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links at no extra cost to you.
